Customer Account Problem

Dear Sir,

I've testing the user account matrix of agent and customer for days.

There are some testing customer stuck in the system, can't get removed or recreate since last Thu (8/20).

And things just got worse...

New customer accounts create last Fri. (8/21), can't login just now.

These account were successfully login and creating issue last Fri. but appears to be no right to login again, please help.

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know if you can share with us the message that the customer receives when they try to log in.

If possible, send us a screenshot of the error. Just make sure to hide private information.

Can you go to Cog icon > User management > Jira Service Desk and confirm if their account is active?
