I want to develop custom reports.
In my department I have 6 teams, I would like to report week on week on the following:
For each team, how many tickets did they get assigned, how many are open and how many are closed
Tickets that have breached and met SLAs per team and tickets per component/Request type for each team. Using the component field or request type.
Please assist here. Thank you in advance.
Please note I want to organize the reports per assignee as the assignees represent teams, for all issue types, and status will be assigned, open,(whichever status that does not mean closed), Closed. These teams will be assigned any issue types tickets.
