Hace un tiempo cree un proyecto para el equipo de soporte, el dia de hoy se muestra un mensaje de "Tu periodo de prueba de 14 días del plan Standard ha finalizado".
No me permite realizar acciones ni ver el panel de trabajo. se muestra la siguiente imagen:
Me sugería que pague o que elimine personas, por lo que decidí eliminar a 2 integrantes.
Aun así no me deja acceder a el panel de trabajo.

You would need to switch to the Free plan in Cloud.
If you want to keep the standard plan, this is a paid option.
In the free plan you can have 3 licensed agent, see Jira service-management pricing
So you need to get back to 3 licensed users or if this it not possible, you will need to purchase the product.
The standard tier is not for free.

Change to the free plan as in the message. This requires you to limit the agent licesne to maximum number of 3.
If you need more you are required to have a paid subscription with Atlassian.
