Creating an automatic monitoring issue in Jira Service Desk

Dear all,

I have a question regarding the creation of monitoring type in Jira Service Desk. My company is asking whether Jira Service Desk can automatically create a monthly Monitoring type issue (the date of our choice). I was searching for an option in Automation but no luck so far.

I managed to create an automation in System>Automation Rules.
New Rule > Scheduled >Rule this Rule every X Day, Then: Create a new Monitoring in Project. What I want to do is to specify the date of the creation of the task. At the moment, for test purpose, I specified at every 10 days but what I want is to create it a specific day in a month.
