Creating a knowledge base portal for customers, that would include docs, "how to" videos and FAQ

Is it possible to create a portal/project in Jira or Jira SD that would allow customers to access docs, videos, FAQs (all in confluence) and ask questions (if needed). this would be similar to what is on Atlassian support page. Could this be added to Jira SD portal?
