Create an issue and the Sla should show the goal already breached

Fernando_Correia April 27, 2018

I'm trying to configure a specific Sla which depending on the issue's priority, it should be transitioning from one status to other in a specific hour, ex.: for Priority= Critical, do not pass from 09:00 am; Major= 10:00 am and Minor = 12:00 pm. So, the deal is that some issues could be created after these hours so I would like to see a Sla already breached but the system give me an error and the Sla start to count from the begining.

Any suggestions??

Thanks!

Hi fernando,

If I got it right, you'd like to run specific automation rules on specific time frames based on your server time, right? You'll need to use something like this plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215460/automation-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

It will allow you to configure through Cron expressions a timeframe of when to run automations. I'd recommend that you configure an SLA for each priority and manage things like that.
