I am facing issues as well with respect to creating an issue via Insight Automation as the "Create jira Issue" is insufficient for my usage. My script works well in scriptrunner but fails in Insight Automation.
def attributeBean = objectFacade.loadObjectAttributeBean(objectId, attributeName)
def attributeValues = attributeBean.getObjectAttributeValueBeans()
def attribute = attributeValues[0].value
return attribute
The above code is what was used to obtain my attribute value. However it returns null when i am obtaining an attribute which is an object from another schema.
In addition, i am unable to create an issue using the following code:
def newIssue = issueFactory.getIssue()
issueManager.createIssueObject(reporter, newIssue)
The error i encounter is:
com.atlassian.jira.exception.CreateException: com.atlassian.jira.workflow.WorkflowException
May i know how to obtain an attribute which is an object as well as to create issue in Insight Automation? Many thanks for the kind assistance in advance.
