Hola a todos, soy nueva en Jira y estoy configurando Jira SD para usarlo de canal de incidencias con clientes y tengo algunas dudas.
La duda que tengo es si hay opción de crear campos condicionales. Crear un campo que según la opción que seleccione el cliente en el desplegable aparezcan diferentes opciones en otro campo, para así poder clasificar mejor las incidencias que entren.

Per your description, I understand you want to add to your customer a conditional cascading field, that will display different options based on the previous choices. Is that correct?
Unfortunately, Jira Cloud does not have a multi-level cascading field, but only a custom cascading with two levels.
That being said, we understand that this functionality would allow you to dynamically guide your customers to provide a well-explained and detailed request/ticket, so we created the following feature request to get it implemented:
