Could not create project

Hello,

When I'm trying to make new one Service Desk project, every time I getting an error "Hmm... we couldn't create your project due to an unknown error. Try refreshing the page to start again.". I tried to perform everything that was recommended at community and documentation.

Please advise, what data should I provide you to get some help?

you can try to create the project in English  or you can try a different workaround from https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-5545

I did. But nothing changed, got the same error.

Nothing of listed is applicable to my problem. What kind of log file should I post here and after what event?

One more thing: the issues are created after the pushing "Create Project", but creating of project fails.
