We are using Jira service desk widget within our website. Jira Service desk is with knowledge base search bar and I couldnt access the knowledge base from jira service desk widget.

We have this same issue as well and this started happening recently.
Our Confluence knowledge base is linked to the Service Desk and anonymous viewing is allowed. On the widget we also turned on "Allow search for knowledge base articles". Yet, the knowledge base articles are not searchable from the widget

We are also using the widget and don't see the kb articles popping up either.
