Corrupted Jira Issues Can't view or Delete it

There are some created Jira issues that can be appeared in Jira JQL filters but can't be viewed in the quick search, Also can't delete it from the system.

The error while trying to perform any action on it:

We couldn't find the issues. They may have been deleted or you don't have permissions.

Any recommendation here.

Check if you have permission in the project rules or if the project where the issues are located doesn't have issue security configured.

I resolved this issue by doing instance indexing.
