The new update of rates and plans, in the case of the standard plan for jira service manager, will no longer be enabled to create and edit new work queues? Will it not be possible to create customized work queues?
This is a big doubt that there is now in my organization, we have already requested advice to technical support but we have not yet had an answer.

Can you provide a link to the documentation you are referencing that describes the changes? The documentation I have seen does not mention a change to being about to create and edit work queues.
