Hola ¿es posible editar la clasificación de un tipo de solicitud?.
Resulta que una solicitud la cree como cambio pero realmente debía ser problema.
¿Donde se puede editar?

Si el tipo de problema es incorrecto, utilice la función Mover y luego edite el Tipo de solicitud del cliente. Si solo el tipo de solicitud es incorrecto, entonces debería poder cambiarlo directamente en la pantalla de vista detallada del problema

Efectivamente la puedo editar en la pantalla pero busco evitar tener que hacerlo cada vez que se genere ese incidente.
Me refiero a que me gustaría que quede actualizado para siempre.
