When I write into "Internal note", this also write the same text into "Reply to customer" and converselly.
Where configure to break the link between Internal note and Reply to customer ?

Screen below in French language :
Fermer le ticket : close the ticket
Répondre au client : Reply to customer
Commentaire interne : internal note or internal comment
So in this example, i filled "Reply to Customer" with "Hi, ... ... Regards",
and is not visible on the screen but the same text is automatically filled in Internal comment (or note) .
It is necessary for us to put different comment, one for Reply to Customer and another for the IT in Internal Comment/Note
