Chat for Jira Service Desk

I am not able to find Chat for Jira Service Desk in the Atlassian Marketplace . I am running on a trial Jira Service Desk is this the reason?

Hey Sabine, I believe you’re running JSD on Cloud, right? If that so, I’m afraid Chat is only available to Jira Server and Data Center right now.

You are correct, thank you so much for the clarification. Are you aware of any other Chat platforms with similar functionality?

To be honest I don't know of any other applications that provide the same functionality that Chat does right now :(
