Is it possible to translate the text display in the approval process in Jira Service Management? Here, two languages (German and English) are mixed, leaving some people in despair as to what "approval" means.
I would like to change "approval" to "Genehmigung(en)".

Indeed, the translation selected is not being applied to locked fields in the Jira issue view. This behavior is a known bug with Jira application, and is reported in our official portal for tracking and fixing:
Jira Service Desk locked fields are not translated in the new issue view.
Feel free to vote and watch the bug to increase its priority and receive updates about its fix implementation. Unfortunately, we don't have any option to work around that bug today.
