The logo can be changed at:
Service Desk (upper menu) > Your Service Desk > Settings > Portal Setting (left menu) > and then Customer Portal logo.
Settings>System>Add-ons tab>Configuration (under the JIRA SERVICE DESK heading on the left-hand side)>Choose file (under the Theme and Branding heading)

Thanks for the reply! That changes the logo and color of the header of the page (not shown in my screenshot above) but does not change the logo highlighted in the screenshot above.
