Change default approve or decline screen

Dear Team,

I have some challenge on approval confusing regarding to button Approve as sometime we would like to replace others wording like Acknowledged, Confirmed, Reviewed rather than only single Approve in the default screen.

I have tried by jira.i18n.submit but unluckily work on approval transition screen which some hard cording need to modify s.th.

Please help and share me if having solution or alternative ways.

Yes, there isn't a way to modify the approve/decline feature in JSM except whether the buttons are in included in the emails to the approvers or they have to go to the portal to review and approve/decline. There is a ticket open for Atlassian to add this feature, JSDCLOUD-6989 - Ability to display screens on Approve/Deny Service Desk Transitions, please take a look at it and vote for it -- this is much needed!

Yes, that's limited of user experience. About that link for Cloud version, I wish to work in Data Centre version, so is there any suggestion link to our Developer on this yet?
