Change Management Workflow for Jira Service Management Data Center

Hello,

I would like to ask if it is possible to use the Change Management Workflow for Jira Service Management for the Data Center version above version 8.19.

As I see here this app is unsupported for the Data Center hosted JSM, and even not available for versions above 8.19 although the change management module is available in the JSM Cloud.

Is there any way to use the Change Management Workflow app with the Data Center hosted JSM above version 8.19? Or is there any other way to use some kind of change management workflow with the Data Center hosted JSM above version 8.19?

@Emil -

In addition to what @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ stated, I would also be cautious that if this add-on (free) may not be supported by Atlassian down the line as the DC env's Jira application and JSM are now at 9.14.x as of now. Especially, they listed the versions of Jira/JSM on the Marketplace page that the free add-on supports.

To be certain, you should also contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) to obtain their response directly.

Hi @Emil 

this is just a Workflow template. If you cannot "install" it, you can simply download and import. There is no major functionality behind it so i wouldn't worry about compatibility too much and simply try it out.

You find the Import option in the settings, top right corner
