I want to use our mailbox support@domain.com to automatically create support tickets. The mailserver runs on Exchange.
I'm sure that my details are correct because when I test on https://www.wormly.com/test-pop3-mail-server I can connect to the server. (Using SSL).
When I enter the same details in Jira Service Desk I get this error: "unable to find valid certification path to requested target".
What can I do to solve this?
You'll probably need to talk to your exchange administrators.
Possible that your exchange does not support pop3s or uses an invalid certificate.
