Can you redirect new customers to the Refined portal instead of the standard portal after sign up?

We are using Refined to customize our customer portals, but I notice when they sign up on the portal for access that it redirects to the standard Jira Service Desk help center portal rather than the Refined portal. We specifically wanted to use Refined so that we can keep each portal themed and separate from the others, but with this behavior we are not getting the desired results from the tool. Is there anyway to change where the after sign up redirect goes?

this issue is discussed https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-9174

thouh noone is working on it.

anywayl. it just ruins the whole thing - why have a Refined website if you can't directly redirect your clients there on login?

Hi Claus,

Just to clarify - it's just the first login in after signup that redirects to the native portal, every subsequent customer login should redirect to the Refined site (provided that the log in was initiated from the Refined site of course).

Let us know if this isn't working as expected for you and our team can look into it further: https://help.refined.com/

Hi @Chris Carter

A bit late off the bat here, but we've been investigating solving this here at Refined - which resulted in this ticket with Atlassian, since it is tricky to solve from our side. Feel free to add your vote/watch the ticket here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-9174

Feel free to reach out to our support should you have any more questions for us: https://support.refined.com/

Best regards, Raj Sehmi (Refined)

I can't remember a setting for that in Refined but you can redirect this directly with a reverse proxy (Apache, Nginx, etc.). As well adding Java Script to the Portal and then do a redirect would be an option.
