To the best of my knowledge there is no way to customize this help center view natively with Jira at this time.  There are a few different existing feature request for this I would recommend taking a look at such as :

From reading the comments on these and related pages, it might be possible there is a 3rd party plugin to Service Desk that might allow you to add additional fields here.   I found one plugin for Jira Server that seems to do this in Ultimate Theming for Jira Service Desk.   However that plugin does not appear to have a Jira Cloud version at this time.
