Can the cloud license option be used for our docker container hosted server?

We have an existing Jira Service management with server commercial license hosted in our docker container hosted server.

We need to setup a new Jira Service management on the same server. Can the cloud license option with 3 agents be used for our docker container hosted server? Since the server license is not available anymore.

There is no "cloud licence", it is a subscription service. And, no you cannot reuse a licence for a second server.  But you can move a licence to a replacement server.
