Can´t receive any password or verification emails

Hey guys,

we wanted to change the email adress of one of our account. But as it seems we never really get the email. We have contacted our IT department and they tripple checked if all he email settings we´re any chance that your system is blocking our email ?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Checking your email address on our tools, it shows bounces due to the following error:

554 5.7.1 [internal] recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy 

Then, other emails show as delivered and open, so the bounce was removed.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

I checked your domain using our tools to search for blocks or bounces and found 21 emails with a bounce. The error was:

550: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS({hex}) [DB3EUR04FT050.eop-eur04.prod.protection.outlook.com]

I removed the bounces and now the notifications should work as expected.

I'm having the exact same problem on my account (milton.lapido@a3sservicos.com) which I am locked out of. I have created another account to be able to login to this forum and create this message, but I need to recover my main account to be able to navigate my projects, issues, and confluence pages.
