Can't install Jira Service Management on 8.20.1

After adding the License of Jira Service Management and trying to install it. The following error message appears:

"An unexpected error occurred. Refer to the logs for more information."

But the cataline.out log  and jira-application.log show no errors.

Hi @knecon Admin ,

 

Usually, it is pretty straight forward when you are installing on top of an existing Jira. IF you are not getting any clues or information from the log, I Would suggest to open a ticket with Atlassian support to get that sorted.

Thank you for your answer, the Atlassian Support Team resolved the issue, it was an old and disabled plugin that prevented the install.
