Can I restrict customers from creating a request type but still be able to see the tickets?

Hello team,

Can I restrict customers from creating a request type but still be able to see the tickets of that request type?

Hi Giorgos,

 

You can hide the customer request type, that way they will still see the open tickets but are unable to create new ones.
