COMO MODIFICAR PORTAL DE SERVICE DESK

Estimados;

 

Por favor con su ayuda necesito modificar el portal de un service desk y poner mas opciones pero solo puedo poner el anuncio y poner categorías, cual es el proceso para modificar por ejemplo los filtro para buscar los tickets.

Hola Santiago,

Desgraciadamente el portal de Jira Service Desk no es muy configurable. Tendrás que ayudarte con add-ons. Te puedo recomendar este que es gratuito y ya trae algunos filtros por defecto que suelen ser los más comunes que se pueden necesitar, pero no hay manera de que tu puedas añadir tus propios filtros.

Como puedo hacer para que en el portal los clientes puedan ver no solo los tickets que crean ellos sino también en los que están informados.
