Over the past few weeks the team has been working on developing new integrations for Jira Service Desk cloud that I'm excited to tell you about.
Zoom for Jira Service Desk
When support teams need to be more hands on, the Zoom integration for Jira Service Desk will let teams connect with customers quickly to get a clearer understanding of the situation. With Zoom's screen sharing and remote desktop capabilities, support teams can diagnose and resolve issues much faster.
We've built an all-new integration for Zapier with JSD specific actions and triggers (SLA's anyone?) to let you integrate JSD with over 1,000 other tools and applications in your workflow. Ever wanted to send a text message or send an email when something happens on a ticket? You can easily automate these use cases and many more using the new Zapier integration.
