Best way to produce a service availability report?

Hello friends!

Using Jira Service Management, I'd like to generate a service availability report that given a service, a list of service outages (from major incidents or changes) and a calendar can give me the %available 

Maybe opsgenie ? maybe a Jira-SM report?

It looks like its a good approach but I have about 300 applications to report availability... does it means 300 metrics for statuspage?

Sadly I can't elaborate on that since I've never used the product myself (I have no use for it). I know it exists so I thought about pointing you in the right direction but that's about it. Now you do the research ;)
