Best profile Header Image resolution?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

The size of the header in your profile will adjust according to the monitor’s resolution.

When we change the header on the profile on https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility it will fit better because it’s smaller. 

Now, when viewing People directly on Jira or Confluence, the width is the entire screen, so it will try to adjust. If the picture is small, the resolution will not be good.

I didn’t find on the documentation the recommended resolution but checking similar cases the suggestion is to use an image in which the width is the same as the monitor resolution.
