I have a Service Desk that will need multiple Service Requests With Approval. These different Requests With Approvals will require different workflows. What is the best way to handle this? I'm assuming that if I modify the workflow for Service Request with Approval workflow it will impact any other form of that same type on the same Service Desk.
Do I need to create a separate Issue Type and a separate Workflow for every different form I will need to create and associate it to that Service Desk? Or am I overcomplicating it?
