Hi everyone!
My team of ~50 have been users of Jira for a solid 2 years now, and I can't help but feel we are striking some out of tune chords with data.
One question I had was how are other teams handling the data of termed or off-boarded employees. We have had 4-5 employees go in our time of Jira and during our QA process on requests, run into the issue of being able to edit the request without removing the now-removed user.
This of course, removes the data we had on how many requests/incidents they've resolved.
Am I missing something? Any insight is welcome!
