Hi,
i am looking for an option that jira sends automatic answers to users if the body of the ticket they created contains specific keywords
Body contains, Ourlook, emaill, space, mailbox as example
makes Jira to send an answer to the user how to get his/her mailbox size extended
I am not looking for KB articles related to a request like this just an answer email if possible
Thanks for help
Alex
You could do this with automation and the if/else component, something like this:
Another option instead of the if/else component would be to use smart values and the match() function to see if the descriptions contains a specific word.
Good morning Mikael,
many thanks for the information. Highly appreciated
Have a great week
Alex
