I created a Select List Single Choice custom field called "Category" for users to pick in a portal screen so the ticket gets auto-assigned to the right IT staff member via an Automation. The field works fine in the portal screen, but when I try to create an Automation using it not all values are available to select in the Issue Fields Condition. I can probably work around the issue with an advanced compare condition, but I'd rather the issue fields condition show all available values for the field like I think it should.
Some things I noticed about the missing values: 15 of the 18 values are there; it's the top 15 values in the list order that are shown, but I can reorder the list in the custom field and it doesn't change the values available in the automation; all of the missing values start with the letter W, I originally created the values in alphabetical order but, like I mentioned, reordering the list doesn't change the values available in the automation.
Edit: I also just tried editing the spelling of one of the values and it did not change in the values available in the Automation but did change for the portal screen.
So I did some more testing and discovered that I can start typing the name of a field and it'll show up including the ones not showing by default. I also had another value to add that started with F and I found that the last item on the list dropped off, so that means the Automation's value selector is limited to 15 entries and you have to start typing to narrow it down if you have more than 15.
