I am trying to clone a ticket from Project A to Project B using automation rules and link both.
We need to post a comment to inform the reporter (Customer) saying that we have moved your request to project B and please track your request here ProjectB-123 (cloned ticket link)
{{issue.url.customer}} works to get me the created issue in customer portal view.
Looking for Clonnedissue URL in customer portal View
I have tried the smart values {{triggedissue}}, {{Createdissue.key}} giving me empty output in comments.
