I hope you are doing well.
I am trying to achieve the following scenario using Automation for Jira (A4J).
Scenario:
Start day of the week: Monday
End day of the week: Friday
SLA Field: Time to Resolution
Requirements:
Send a weekly notification to the manager with the list of issues breached between Monday - Friday.
Please guide me with the rules and steps.
