I am trying to create an automation where an issue that has been created by a client in service desk is also created in software project, but the clients description field is a custom field and I cannot add this value to be shown in the description field on the software project issue.
Do you have any pointers for me?

Is this custom field associated to the Software Project Field Configuration Scheme, then issue type screen scheme with associated action (create/edit)?
IF the custom field is not associated to the JSW project, you may have issues in creating it.
