Hi,
I have followed this exact guide, with the 3 delays with 5 seconds each. But I still get the same result. Automation is working with manual trigger, but not upon create.
Does anyone here have a clue on how to solve it?
Hi guys, as soon as I posted it I did get it to work.
Hi @Alexander Westergård Can you post the solution here so that we can close this ticket?

Hi,
Of course!
After the three "Re-fetch issue data" with five seconds delay I added a "Branch rule" - for current issue and under that the action Then: Copy ProForma Forms.
Hope this will help someone in the future.
(This is for Jira DC)
Best regards, Alexander
