We have an Issuetype so calles "Maintenance". Within this, we are tracking the development activities to solve an incident, which were reported by the customer. The customer is flagged in a multi-select Asset field, as our customer scheme is realized in Asset.
The workflow foresees, that we create a linked issue out of the incident. So far so good. Now, if the same error occurs to other customers, the other incident issues will be linked to this Maintenance.
Is there a possibility to extend the "Affected customer" selection by the new linked issue?
