Is there a way to automate, sending out a report of tickets from a dashboard report?
I currently have a client dashboard set up, which is populated by a JQL query to show all open tickets within a month period. I use this to send onto our account management team at the end of each month to include in there monthly reporting. Im looking for a way to see if this can be automated and sent out on the last day of each month to a specific email addresses?
The dashboard gadgets are associated with filters. You can setup a subscription for any/all of the individual filters. You can set when it will run and who will receive. The other option is to use Automation but I would only go there I’d you have some specific conditions or you need to send to emails that are non-Jira users.
