Hi we already have service desk for IT support, now i need to make service desk for our HR. So they have issue where they hiring a new employess. So if someone create ticket in their HR project is service desk i need to create a new ticket in IT Support service desk project. So i used an automation Rules (when HR status changed to eork in progress - create new issue in IT Support project) and thats worked, but i need only a few fields to create in new issue from HR issue (for example in their issue there are: phone, email, salary, ... and also what they need from us, for example: notebook, access to some folders on sharepoint, licences they need,...) - and i need only to pass me a fields what we need in IT Support i cant see their salary and other thing. I found (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/automation-actions/) but this is perhaps old instructions and i cant see that settings in my service desk Projet settings (via screenshot) there is no possibility for choose fields to pass.
If someone know how to make this i ll be very gratful. Thanks
