Auto-login to Active Directory

Hi,

Is there a way for user to auto-login to Jira Service Desk using their AD account? I understand you can install a plugin where you can integrate authentication with AD. However, what we need is for user to be auto logged-in as they visit Jira Service Desk. This is similar to the concept of SharePoint whereby you are auto logged-in.

Hi.

As you mention, you need an app for automatic authentication of AD users. Kerberos is the underlying authentication protocol that Microsoft utilize. You find Jira apps supporting kerberos here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?product=jira-service-desk&query=kerberos
