Auto fill date ,name & Email from the login data.

I am new to this.

How can I auto fill a date field to current date on custom field on the custom form? instead of using date picker.

Similarly few other fields in custom form like name ,email can auto detect from the login page.

ex: When I open my custom form it should fill the details of date , name & email fetch from the login and auto fill , instead fill the details by the customer.
