I recently upgraded the Jira 7.10.0 and JSD 3.13.0. I am using Automation rules for my custom notifications to the customers. If i attach a file or paste a screenshot into the comment or even attache an image to the ticket the customer is not able to see the attachment in the notification email. All they see is just some markup text. Below is one of the notifications i was testing with. Is there a fix for this or a workaround?
