Want to create my team member as an assignee. should i use user management function for creating this from the agent login.  Or if i create assignee user then whether the system will treat this user as an agent or customer?

@Dixcy, for a user to be an Assignee in JSD they need to be an agent (paid license). To do this I recommend going to the project and use the "Invite Team" in the sidebar. You can also do this under Jira settings > User Management but it is more clicks etc. If you wish to invite Customers (not-paid) do this under project > Customers in sidebar.

Thanks Jack. Let me try this option.
