Assignee faded/opaque for some requests

Some requests in our Jira Service Desk Cloud have the assignee faded/opaque.

It seems to only happen for requests created by e-mail handlers.

i can find nothing on why this is.

Any ideas?

Yes, we have this question too! 

Wondered if it was from closing and re-opening a job but it doesn't seem to be this.

Any other ideas welcome...

Hi @Jeni_Walters , could you try a test for me? Can you do the following:

1. reassign one of the issues with opaque avatar to someone else
2. observe the list again. Is it opaque?
3. reassign back yo the original assignee
4. observe results

@Jack Brickey  Thank you for following up and apologies that I've just seen this now.

I had a go of your test and it's still opaque. 
In fact, now all of our icons are faded/opaque.

Very interesting! I wonder if something has changed.
