I am trying to do the most basic automation you can possibly imagine.
1- Issue is created
2- - It is a particular request (all questions for HR)
3 - assign to agent
I mean, that's it but no combination of things seems to work. The issue gets created, there's no rule error but it never gets assigned. I guess that means it's not passing the rule test.
I've attached a screenshot of the rule. I've tried Issue type and Request type but neither work. What am I doing wrong here?
