We create Assets objects from a ScriptRunner post-function using HAPI:
Assets.create('DQAN', 'FollowUpNotification') {
setAttribute('Name', "DBSQA-59559 SESA150547")
}
The created object is only visible in the Assets GUI in a browser connected to the same Jira node (we have four) you were connected to during execution of the transition, i.e. replication to other nodes does not seem to work.
If we create the Assets object manually in Assets GUI or from the script above using ScriptRunner Console, it immediately becomes visible in a browser connected to any of our four nodes.
Any ideas why?
Could you please specify the Jira and ScriptRunner versions you are currently using?
Thank you and Kind regards,
Ram
Jira Datacenter 9.4.12, ScriptRunner 8.19.0, Jira Service Management 5.4.12.

Hi Magnus!
That sounds like an index replication issue indeed when working on a multi-node clustered environment. I suggest opening a support ticket with Adaptavist:
https://productsupport.adaptavist.com/servicedesk
They have excellent support and this might be an interesting case!

I actually did that already. Brought it up here too just in case it is not a ScriptRunner-specific problem. I will let you know how it goes.
Thanks,
Magnus
