I'm writing to you with request to share your knowledge. Unfortunately, Insight's documentation is unstructured, making it harder to search for information.
I would like Insight to create a kind of database, and at the same time, to easily display all the necessary information.
As you can see in the following screenshot, From the "single-object" perspective I can see the attributes ("WorkStation", "Monitor", etc.) I'm interested in.
1. Is it possible to create a dependency/automation/special field type so that when i click on an asset such as "Workstation", I'll be able to see that user is assigned to that object?
2. How does the "Connected Ticket" section work?
and do you have any tips or tricks?
3. Is it possible to integrate ITSM's Insights with Jira Software?
