Assets, Filter data source by AQL gives wrong result

Hi

I have created a filter by Assets, Filter data source by AQL: ValidTo >= now()

But it seems like a bug 

"ValidTo": "15-04-2044" gives -> removed by filter

"ValidTo": "15-04-2043" gives -> not removed by filter

Jira version 9.4.14
